Weekly emergency food delivery to very low income seniors and families
  Overview:
The Food Box Program is an adjunct to the Petaluma Kitchen’s daily meal program, through which more than 500,000 pounds of food is delivered each year to very-low income seniors and families in Petaluma.

Food Box Program is often the final lifeline that helps prevent a family or senior from slipping into homelessness.

Volunteer food sorters, packers and drivers meet every Saturday morning at the Kitchen to prepare and deliver emergency food to families and seniors who are referred by local churches, social service agencies and concerned friends or family.
